  3rd. time i have received a sandwich with the meat torn up. Apparently your people do not take pride in their work.

  i went in drive thur and i got a big arch meal i bite into my burger and it was straight bloody the meat wasnt all the way cooked so i went inside to talk to a manager 20 mins went by and someone finally came to talk to me when i told them about it they were very disrespectful about it saying i was lying about my food being bloody, i ended up never getting my money back from the food

  The cashier was nice but the service I received I will never go back there again just a waste of money the food was nasty and this was a remake can’t get it right I’m done

  This used to be my favorite McDonald’s but now I dread going to it. SLOW is really the best way to sum it up. I went twice this week both around 8:30pm and sat in the drive thru line waiting on my mobile order for over 30 minutes. I only ordered 2 Happy Meals and 2 cookies. Tonight, I was at the restaurant for AN HOUR. 30 minutes in the drive thru, only to be given someone else’s entire order and another 30 minutes after I went inside to have them remake my order. There were several workers but it was clear there was no defined “stations.” Everyone was just running around. It just seemed like chaos. Everyone in the drive thru line behind me waited about the same amount of time I did. There were 2 Door Dash drivers over their time limit waiting on their orders to be completed too. Shoutout to the sweet employee who took the time to check on me and remake my order. She was sweet and seemed sincere, and gave me additional fresh cookies for the mix up. The manager never once apologized or came up to me, or even asked what the other employee was doing since she stopped everything to work on mine. I’m not sure I will return to this McDonald’s. Masker Family needs to really look into this restaurant for the nighttime hours. Definitely room for improvement.

  This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. They are constantly understaffed, no customer service, late on everything ( don't come here if you are eating before work you definitely will be late) and also they might not have what you ordered in your bag. This location is like a training restaurant for a child's first job. Horrible experience and the only reason I come here is because it's the closest one to me. This should bring the community property value down.
