  The young man who served me was very nice and friendly he had a great attitude and the sandwich was great I wish all fast food workers had his demeanor it was a breath of fresh air

  Just went to Jimmy John’s to try and redeem a toasted sandwich promo that was in my rewards account for $6.99. Younger lady working says she’s a supervisor and didn’t know how to help me when the reward wasn’t properly applying to my order. Soooo, I left and decided to go order my food elsewhere. Hoping in the future I can come to Jimmy John’s and get help using promo codes promoted through your alls website and have staff that know and are willing to help customers.
