  They ran out of beef due to not cooking enough and asked customers to wait for 30 minutes while they cooked it. No apology, nothing, just horrible attitude.

  It’s actually impressive how bad they screw up things up. Apparently tonight they had two frozen drinks and unsweet tea available to drink. That’s it. We ordered one frozen drink and an unsweet tea. We received 3 unsweet teas that we originally mistook for waters because they were so watered down. I predicted there would be chips or cheese missing from my combo. The whole combo was missing save for the freaking cheese for the nachos. Supreme tacos had no sour cream and the Mexican pizza looked like they purposely made it awfully. We have received many incorrect orders from here (so many) and this will be the last one. How can it be this bad?

  Worst fast food experience to date. Downloaded Taco Bell app, but app was a joke and didn't want to load code to use at the restaurant. Pulled up to order and explained to the young lady that I had a coupon for a free regular taco, but the app wouldn't load the code. After waiting 15 minutes to pull up to the window. We got the free taco coupon to order and I said I needed 7 regular tacos in total. She changed me for 7 and said the free one will be out shortly. I waited at the window another few minutes after getting my 7 paid for tacos, but they forgot the sauce. Had to reask again for sauce. She the asks me to pull around to the parking lot. So I did and waited another 10 minutes. Got tired of waiting for one free taco and I walked inside. She asked what I wanted and I said my free taco you were going to bring me. She said, my one taco was now at the back of the order line and it will be awhile. I told her to forget about it and just keep the one free taco. The service at this location is atrocious and the app

  When you walk in the staff doesn't acknowledge you.You order on a kiosk then wait, when the order is ready they call the name as soon as the see you they go back to the back. The drink station was filthy, the taco shells had a weird stale smell, and I ordered sour cream but didn't get it. Didn't figure it was worth going back to the counter because they actually ignore you when you're standing there. The lobby hours says they it closes at 12am with the drive thru being open till 3am but they locked the doors after we came in at 1030pm. It was awful.
