This is the 4th time I have gotten a messed up order I’m really tired of getting my food and having to tear the bag apart to check it and it’s still wrong. They don’t pay attention to the tickets and what it actually says and it’s very lazy. They need coaching or they need to just close down .

So why did y'all put lettuce on it. I know i didn't ask for it or mention lettuce at all. I was very disappointed to take the first bite of my go to meal and get a huge bite of lettuce. Overall i just don't think y'all are holding up to the sonic standards. I was very displeased
