Great food, great vibes. Sophia was my server, made everything 100x better. The food was pretty good but the service made this a memorable experience. Would so recommend requesting her as your server next time if you want to have the best experience possible. 🫶🏼

Although highly recommended by hotel staff, our experience at Saltgrass was anything but noteworthy. The hostess wasn't welcoming and only asked us one question, took us to our table and left. Our waitress came by and was nice. We ordered a drink and the bar was out of the liquor we ordered. They did get something similar to us. Then they forgot the other drink we ordered. The waitress took our drink orders and said she would be right back to take our food order. We got our drinks before she came back for our food order, even with the mix up. When the food came out, the waitress just didn't put in the order for my toddler and we had to wait longer for her food. Both of our steaks were ordered medium rare and they were both blue. My shrimp were like trying to bite into rubber. My mom got her steak taken back and cooked more. They pretty much just heated it up on the outside and it wasn't cooked much more at all. The manager came out to deliver the steak and did not care about our complaints. My toddler's fries were awful. We aren't hard to please. It wasn't busy when we got there and was just beginning to be busy when we left. We both left very unsatisfied.

So me and my family came to eat here bc we haven’t had it in a long time. Our first experience was nice years ago. This time the wait was long which we didn’t mine. The food wasn’t good and bland. I ordered the chicken tenders with shrimp and fries and a soup. The fries,& shrimp was cold. Yet we didn’t complain we ate around it. Then it said our food was $18.99 and got the bill for $26 plus tax. So I asked our waitress why it’s showing a different price from whats in the menu and she didn’t get the correct info and charged me for it. Then I asked to speak to the manager and ofc the manager never came!! She stated o the manager fixed it. The waitress gave poor service when we was asking for condiments for the food thn say she need to pass the Tabasco off our table to another table of we’re finished so u politely! She said he bn thr 7 months and learned smethn else new. No that’s bad service. I kept it cordial n nice and still tipped her and was very polite. So sad to know even the head manager didnt come to give the proper response for this. Handled very poorly!
