  ordered two pizzas on the app, one with pan crust, basil pesto drizzle, and other toppings. no basil pesto drizzle, and they made the other pizza on the pan crust. both pizzas taste good i’m just very disappointed in my order.

  The food was really good however the service I don't think the word lacking is it good description I found the server to be quite rude and you can see by the expression on her face and the way she interacted with people she wanted to be anywhere except for there, and her attitude towards customers was appalling.

  This manager is amazing! We found out she just moved from the Hurley location to D’Iberville. When I found out I had to come see her! Sweetest lady with the biggest smile! She sat down at our booth even tho she was very busy to talk to us. Going to come see her every week from now on she needs a pay raise for sure that woman stays busy!

  Due to my family not being meat eaters we were worried about the options at the buffet. We explained to the manager that our family of 8 don’t eat meat she pointed out several items that don’t include meat. She even threw out 5 cheese pizzas on the buffet for my family. Honestly could not have had a better experience. Very accommodating environment.

  Let me start by saying the only reason I'm even writing this is as a retired business owner myself I'm hoping that the owner of this place will see this and realize why at 630 on a Saturday evening his place was dead. Empty..my family and I love coming to Mardi in Biloxi and have done so for close to 40 years..we are from out of town...but it was bad all the way around...as soon as we we walked in the employees walked back outside (they were outside when we pulled up.. the back door was open but the smell of weed could still be smelled strongly.. finally after my son in law went to the counter and just stood there for like 10 minutes they all came back in and and feeling no pain flying high 🙄 . By that time our kids had seated themselves ..there was trash and food on the floor still no greetings from the employees but the one girl finally walked over there to the register..but by this time we had told her we would just order off the app and walked to our party in which the employees came a few minutes later to where we were and by that time we decided to just leave...didn't trust them to make our food or even get our order straight...I will give credit to the sole delivery man who was getting his deliveries ready and packed up. He was actually the only one working and not under the influence..this party of 9 was very disappointed btw we are also great tippers but it's their loss now Do better pizza Hut your ruining a good 😓name
