  Ordered delivery for on-base and the driver never delivered the pizza. Called the store and the closing manager (Goose) made sure the pizza was made again and delivered. I have had issues with pizza deliveries before, but this was one of the best responses I have received. I will order again from the store next time I am in town.

  Ordered pizza to our hotel through Uber eats. The driver picked it up at midnight. She FINALLY dropped it off at 12:45. This pizza Hut location is 7 minutes from the hotel, especially at midnight! She had other orders to deliver first. Apparently we were very little priority. I even made it easy for her and met her at valet. Why am I mentioning Uber eats? Because these restaurants are using these food platforms with little regard for the way the food is received. I actually tried to order directly through pizza Hut, it's cheaper, but they were no longer taking orders in the app because it was just after 11:30. Uber eats let's you order up til 11:45. Pizza was barely warm when it finally arrived. We DO NOT HAVE A MICROWAVE HERE! Then, we realized that even though we paid more for pan pizza, we got regular crust! Negative 5 stars if I could! Why is it SO HARD for people to get food right?! This happens to me MORE than 50% of the time I get food to go whether I pick it up myself or have it delivered. I think they just don't care because you will only inconvenience yourself trying to go back. $50 for pizza that wasn't even what we ordered! I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this location!

  I order a pizza last night and it arrived all messed up. As if it was carried sideways in a briefcase. I called back and talked to a woman who I believe was named Maddy or Madeline or Maggie. (I think that’s her name). She was so incredibly nice, friendly, and eager to help. She listened to my issue and promptly sent my order out again. The new driver delivered the pizza with impeccable service and in perfect condition. (I think Emily was her name). The new pizza was warm and delicious! 5 stars for customer service and quality!
