I called back and talked to a woman who I believe was named Maddy or Madeline or Maggie. (I think that’s her name). She was so incredibly nice, friendly, and eager to help. She listened to my issue and promptly sent my order out again. The new driver delivered the pizza with impeccable service and in perfect condition. (I think Emily was her name). The new pizza was warm and delicious! 5 stars for customer service and quality!
