We had reservations, yet when we arrived our table was not quite ready. Once seated, we waited an extended amount of time for our server to even introduce themselves and take our drink order. When the drinks finally arrived, one was incorrect and had to be sent back, which took even longer to fix. When the server returned with the corrected cocktail, he immediately asked if we were ready to order our entrées—despite us never being asked about or offered a starter. The service throughout the evening was very subpar and not what I would expect from a restaurant like Morton’s Steakhouse. To make matters worse, when the entrées arrived, my husband’s steak was burnt—not charred, but burnt—despite him ordering it medium well. While the steak was comped, the damage was already done, and our anniversary dinner was essentially ruined. I’m giving this restaurant 3 stars solely for the ambiance, as it is a beautiful space and would otherwise be perfect for a date night. However, the service and execution fell far below expectations for such a well-known establishment.

The appetizers alone are worth coming back for. The Wagyu meatballs and seared tuna were fantastic, but the real showstopper was the A5 Wagyu—hands down the best steak I’ve ever had. The sea bass also deserves a special mention… absolutely delicious. The sides were generous portions and perfect for sharing. I highly recommend the Brussels sprouts—they were outstanding. Service was top-tier. Trey and Troy were excellent bartenders/servers—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Brent, the manager, was very visible and hands-on, which always says a lot about a place. Consistently great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. Definitely a 5-star experience every time.
