  My wife and i had dinner in Morton's Biloxi at the end of last December and had a awful experience.our server was awful.She did not coordinate our dishes.She brought out my soup while my wife had to wait for the server to bring out her appetizer 20 minutes later.Our server was extremely slow in clearing the table and bringing out the rest of our dishes.We had to look for her to come to the table throughout our whole meal.Even to get the check was an ordeal.She never looked or checked our table,if we needed anything.I am in the service business and I know what good service is about.This was the worst experience my wife and I had.I complained to the mgr and all she did was apologize..could of done better...I don't recommend this place..server needed to be trained properly!

  ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! waited almost 2 hours for food decided to get it to go instead won’t be coming back

  We were visiting and Ashely was our server. She did an excellent job taking care of us. Food was awesome. I got the pork chop and my daughter got the steak. Our meal was $240 but worth the price. I would recommend everyone ask for Ashley to be their server.

  Babyyyy, let me tell something, if you looking for a great steak house, this is it!!! Morton's did not disappoint at all! The food, service, and atmosphere, was absolutely top tier! It was the best steak I have ever had! Please try it out!

  We visited this location to celebrate our 1-year anniversary, and unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing. We had reservations, yet when we arrived our table was not quite ready. Once seated, we waited an extended amount of time for our server to even introduce themselves and take our drink order. When the drinks finally arrived, one was incorrect and had to be sent back, which took even longer to fix. When the server returned with the corrected cocktail, he immediately asked if we were ready to order our entrées—despite us never being asked about or offered a starter. The service throughout the evening was very subpar and not what I would expect from a restaurant like Morton’s Steakhouse. To make matters worse, when the entrées arrived, my husband’s steak was burnt—not charred, but burnt—despite him ordering it medium well. While the steak was comped, the damage was already done, and our anniversary dinner was essentially ruined. I’m giving this restaurant 3 stars solely for the ambiance, as it is a beautiful space and would otherwise be perfect for a date night. However, the service and execution fell far below expectations for such a well-known establishment.
