- CCCoastie6 days ago5.0When I first went to this McDonald's location, I totally expected it to be just like the last few "not-so-great" experiences I've had at different locations, but I was surprised with how fast my order was taken, the friendliness of the staff, hardly any wait in the drive thru and the one tiny issue that we had was handled immediately by the manager, Savannah, who could not have been nicer. Will definitely be going to that location from now on.

Then I called into the store and asked the young lady what does being short staffed have to do with taking cards or cash and she hung up in my face! GET NEW STAFF!!

I ordered a Steak Egg and Cheese Bagel with no steak due to food allergies and requested breakfast sauce. I confirmed this at the window. They still put steak on my sandwich and left off the sauce which is a serious food safety issue. When I returned Shay rolled her eyes questioned why my order needed to be remade and treated me with open disrespect. She then instructed staff to give me a small drink instead of the large I paid for and falsely claimed that I drank most of it. This was unprofessional unsafe and retaliatory behavior. Customers with food allergies should never be treated this way. Corporate needs to address this immediately.
