She said her systems were down and she couldn't honor any prices. But because she took my code and entered it, it says I can't use another one for 15 minutes. If her system is down then why does my app say code used? I was suspicious about going to this particular McDonald's because it is in a prime beach front location. However, there were signs everywhere reminding me to use my app so I thought it was safe. WRONG! I get the feeling that sometimes locations use the app when they want to and turn it off when they want to.

Took 15 minutes. Everyone that came after me got their food and left. Finally had to ask if they forgot about me. Then I was told that the bag needed changed.

I stood at the counter for over 15 minutes while staff walked by without acknowledging the growing crowd. One woman mentioned that she had been waiting 30 minutes. The automation in McDonald’s is the worst thing to ever happens to their service.
