I was in the drive-through for over 30 minutes total — 20 minutes sitting in line and another 10 minutes just waiting at the order board before anyone even acknowledged me. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. On top of that, cars were not being handled in the order they arrived, which only added to the frustration. Several customers were clearly trying to get someone’s attention and were completely ignored. Fast food is supposed to be fast, or at the very least organized and communicative. This location had none of the above. I honestly didn’t even want to give one star, but that’s the lowest option available. Extremely disappointing customer service.
