  Went around dinner time and they were a little busy, (understandable New Years), we were pulled forward, and unfortunately paid in cash and was given no receipt. We waited in our designated spot for 20 mins while 6 other cars pulled in after us got their orders first. As my husband went to go inside to see about our order, another employee was coming out with ours, and when asked about the long wait time and others getting their orders first out of order, SHE EXPLICITLY SAID THE NIGHT SHIFT MANAGER TOLD HER TO MAKE US WAIT! My husband frequently goes and gets the same order at this McDonalds always, Big Mac no cheese, (lactose intolerance), worst service yet.

  Pretty good McDonald’s location. I come here to pick up uber eats orders and I’ve ordered here myself as well. They’re usually pretty quick even with lines of people! They’ve gotten each uber eats order correct so far as well as my personal orders. It’s usually clean inside as well. Not too bad, keep up the good work!

  Pulled me straight forward, normal not a big deal. Kept pulling other cars to spaces. Had to go inside after about 10 minutes of waiting. Noticed they were clearing screens early and taping orders up to have lower times. This isn't the right way. Especially when it causes someone to have to sit and wait this long. I could have came inside if I didn't want the drive through...

  I went a couple nights ago, it wasn't busy at all. I had a deal where 2 of the 4 meals I got come with nuggets, ordered an extra fry for a happy meal instead of a toy. The happy meal was for my grandmother that's in her 90s, she doesn't eat much. When I first got the food I noticed it came in a medium-size bag(there was also no box for the happy meal), knew there was no way all of the food would fit in it. They only put 3 orders of fries in it, let out the happy meal burger. I went to the drive-thru again, said what happened, stopped by the first window where the girl asked what was wrong. I told her, she yelled back that I wanted more food instead of saying they left it off the order. The manager said she gave me 3 fries even though it was supposed to get 5. I pointed out each meal gets fries and there's supposed to be an extra for the happy meal. She said the little boxes that the nuggets come in are also used for fries. I got more fries, pulled up a little to check the bag again, they still left out the burger for the happy meal so I had to pull through again. This time the girl at the first window looked at me, closed the window. I went to the second window, handed them the receipt because the missing burger also requested tomato, lettuce, and cheese be on it. They gave it to me, and I was on my way. I got home, the small boxes had no fries in them, they gave a plain hamburger for the happy meal with no additions to it. This service is a joke, and I'm going to avoid this store for a while until they can hopefully find a manager/employees that can count and read.

  I tried to get a basket of fries three times and didn’t get them, I asked for a milkshake and very noticeably got ice cream in a cup, didn’t get any of the sauces I had asked for and the lady had an attitude the entire time from when I pulled up to the intercom to when I pulled up to the window she was rude, unfriendly, and quite frankly not a good customer service worker
