I was never answered at the telecom after waiting for over 10 minutes so I pulled up to the window. Once I arrived at the window I noticed a female employee sleeping on the counter. I waited until she somehow woke up and said the place was closed even though this is a 24 hour location and it is Friday October 18th 2025. This employee seems angry and needs to be fired. They are ruining business for the Descher organization. Three more cars pulled up behind me and she continued to refuse service to all of us.
