  Drinks were horrible and they were made with sour spoiled milk. The attitudes of the staff was very unsatisfactory. Attention to expired products is no happening at this location. Most of the time they’re out of Carmel, whipped cream or they don’t know how to put the proper lids on any of your signature drinks you offer. They’re either out of stock or they’re waiting on product delivery. We drive to the on in Gulfport off of Hwy 49. Sure it’s 30 miles round trip with it only 6 miles round trip where we live at. We have gone all hour’s of the day and still get bad experiences from staff or don’t have any product we’ve ordered. We have observed staff spraying whip cream in the mouths or put just a couple sprays in the drinks and put a flat lid instead of a domed lid.

  Saturday February 7th around 15:30, my 2 friends and I walked into the cafe to get some caffeine while traveling and immediately the asian girl just wasn’t friendly. With mediocre “okays” and “yeahs” as typical gen z would say with their gen z stares after asking what kind of coolattas they have (they don’t have the flavors on the menu btw) became an exhausting interaction that had me wanting to leave the establishment immediately. I had asked for my iced coffee half decaf but it wasn’t rung up that way and they made it fully caffeinated. I kindly asked for it to be remade and apologized. They remade it but probably messed it up on purpose because the color came out even lighter than the first one did?? when all they had to do was make it the same way but half decaf??? They didn’t even have toilet tissue! They set up hard as rock paper towels for customers to use. 10/10 will NOT be going back.

  Food was terrible..coffee was just gross.. For someone from CT..learned there was just ONE in MS.. to drive one hr+ for Dunkin n get THAT.. I was greatly disappointed to say the least

  I walk in, the guy is hanging out of the drive thru window with NO car present. Empty, no business. I sat there for 5 minutes no greeting no nothing before I realized just how Intentional his avoidance of helping me was. I left with nothing and it’s very obvious the young guy does not want to work. The store should rethink its employee because some of them look to be getting paid for nothing. Crazy.
