- KCKaitlyn CarverNov 8, 20251.0I did a pick up order and my husband went to get it. He came back home before realizing we were missing four items on our order. So he went back up there. It was no big issue at all. He was just letting him know he was missing those so he could get them for the kids. One of the workers Jordan (male) begin raising his voice and yelling at my husband mind you there is a line of people so he is doing all of this in front of customers. He didn’t like the fact that my husband had to look at the receipt on the bag to see what all was missing when that’s what they should’ve been doing not my husband. He got extremely hostile and all the other female worker could do was say I’m sorry. He should not be working there.

Waited 30 for my pumpkin spice latte. My husband's oat milk latte came Out with the lid not completely on so when he went to take a drink it spilled all over him and his sandwich. Remember... That said sandwich came out burnt. The employees are anti-social wouldn't even say hi. Their focus is strictly drive through. I asked for refund and the manager argued with me In front of all the guest standing there. She said do you want your food remade or a refund over and over speaking loudly almost yelling .... Remember we have already been here over 30 minutes and now was late to my grandsons baseball tournament. I then ask for Contact info so I could report this horrible experience and she gave me a card with the info. I asked for Her name and her response was "I'm not required to given you that" To top it all off my 9 year old grand daughter was with me and she said "they never said sorry" I have been a dunkin fan for over 50 years and have never experienced like this ever.
