  The food and ice coffees were fantastic. This location always has the happiest people that offer a friendly greeting. They make the best ice coffee and always serve with a thank you.

  One of the worst locations. It’s a hit or miss, usually a miss. They rarely have good customer service, rarely make the order right, and many times are out of product. In my most recent visit, I placed an order at the drive thru. I gave my coffee order along with a croissant sandwich and hash browns. The girl repeated my coffee order and I confirmed it, then she asked if that was all. I said “no, I also said a croissant sandwich and hash browns”. When I pull up to the window, I pay and get my coffee. They then make me go and park by the front door to wait for the food. I wait several minutes. Another worker comes out with a bag and asks if I had the bagel and cream cheese. I tell her no. She then asks what I had and I give my order once again. I even tell her that I repeated this twice before. Several minutes later a male worker comes out and brings me a bag with ‘my order’. I open and look, and it’s the bagel order. I tell him this isn’t what I ordered. A little after that, who I would assume is the manager comes out and asks me what I ordered. She gets them to make it. When she brings it out she tells me that the bagel with cream cheese is what was rung up. She was nice and apologized, I didn’t go over how the girl who took my order obviously paid no attention to begin with, and the workers following also seem to need to use some qtips as they brought me the order a second time when I had already said this is not what I ordered. This experience was just not the way anyone would want to start their morning before work.

  I have to say as a barrista my self that was a horrible experience! I worked at Dunkin for 6+ years so I know exactly how my drink is made and how it looks and tastes.For the young man at the counter I’m not sure what his name was but he worked on April 12 at 8:59am.He made my drink and I said 4 Carmel 4 liquid sugar and 4 cream and cold foam. He said he already put it in there and had to charge me extra to put more cream in my drink. You do not have to charge for cream,if i asked for more syrup i would have understood cause its a upcharge for more syrup on my drink,but not for cream. Also my food was cold I got 2 wake up wraps and they were ice cold plus didn’t add cheese that it came with. My husbands bagel was burnt and very unfriendly staff. There was 2 people in there working and 1 car in drive thru and 2 customers in there when I was there and the employees were panicking and tripping over stuff making everything.They should be more trained,very unprofessional.
