- DSDavid ScrivenerDec 6, 20251.0Do not mobile order here. After waiting 16 or so minutes inquired about the status and was informed some of the items weren't in stock and I'd have to get a refund. I asked for a refund and was told to use the app, which does not offer refunds and requires users to get refunds at the store. After telling them that I was informed I'd have to wait "10 minutes" to talk to someone else about getting a refund. Staff was nice enough, but there is some serious failure of training. After being at the restaurant for half an hour, I left and will be attempting a charge back. If that doesn't work I'll have lost half an hour hour of my time and twenty bucks.
