- THTiffany HerseyOct 21, 20211.0Placed an online order for pick up. Requested both sandwiches to be toasted in the special instructions because there is no TOASTED button as she said there was. Also the veggies were FROZEN. I requested a refund for my sandwiches. Then the manager calls back and tried to have me drive back for new ones... I don't have time. Didn't offer free ones a different day.... told her the second time just refund my money then proceeded to make excuses.... not interested in excuses just refund my money please.
