But the Willard location sets the standard for how things should be done. I ordered through the drive thru and didn't have to wait and the lady wasn't rude. When I pulled to the window they were waiting on me instead of me waiting for them. The young man at the window was about as pleasant as I've dealt with in a long time. Great job and thank you!
