He was so rude, dismissive, and flat out refused to make the sandwich I had wanted claiming they were “out” of everything I had requested. He was also very rude to the other people in line, not greeting them, and getting frustrated and raising his voice aggressively when they couldn’t hear his mumbled words. Horrible service from him. The only reason this review has 2 stars instead of one is because a lady named Cozzet had come out and fixed the issue. She actually checked the back for the items I wanted and made the sandwich for me. My advice, fire this young man. My mother had a similar experience with him. Customer service is hit or miss. Do better.

She even caught her self touching the sauce and changed gloves before touching my wrap again! Thank you we need more people like you! Wish I would have gotten her name but she had fun nails!

Before the guy even started to make my sandwich, he pushed it off to one of his coworkers and started on the sandwich of a guy behind me. The coworker he pushed me off onto had to start over from scratch, not in the slightest but aware of what I had ordered with the original guy.
