The separate bagel I ordered was supposed to be unsliced. It wasn’t. It was also overcooked and tasted awful and it was not bagel shaped. More like a ball. I’ve been disappointed by Panera before but this was the worst. Go anywhere else.

I was not given any opportunity to explain a situation I had this morning that prevented me from picking up my order. He was curt and said they would never “eat the cost” of an order that couldn’t be picked up. Mind you this was a $7 order. When I tried to explain further that I had been in a car accident, I was hung up on. I recieved no assistance with this unfortunate situation from him or this location and had to take this to corporate for a refund. There is a reason this location has such negative reviews and several mention the manager’s attitude.
