  Over 30 minutes at curbside for a cheeseburger and fries. No other customers when we arrived. Sadly this is not first time. But it will be the last

  While paying your employyees 11.50 - 15.00 dollars an hour, you would think they could get the order correct, a Canadian bacon mcmuffin is a lot different than the sausage egg mcmuffin I ordered. Unacceptable this has happened multiple times. I believe Hardee's will become my go too foods better and Hardee's gets it right.

  Long wait times and wrong food. This happens 9/10 times during breakfast. I would go somewhere else if we had other options. A little competition in this town would fix the problem.

  36 minutes I waited. There were only 3 employees. After asking for the GM, the manager said "I'm in the middle of a transaction..." didn't respond to me again. Another customer asked for ketchup, received no service and decided to go behind the counter to get it themselves. Several people were waiting inside for only drinks! WHY are the drinks only available behind the counter? Stop being cheap, hire quality people. Don't say it isn't an option, I know the last manager you fired. He would have NEVER spoke this way to customers!

  For locals, this McDonald's is superior to it's counterpart across town, food and cleanliness wise. If you're a tourist, this is a simple and familiar stop-- this location has no alarming flaws to be concerned about. FOOD The food is usually consistent, with rare mess-ups/product outages. I should note that their pies are usually not very hot when you get them, an issue it shares with the other location. SERVICE Preacher Roe's McDonalds's service is mediocre. Notably, their morning crew is far more patient and polite than the night crew, so breakfast time is the best time to go, if you like the breakfast menu(5am - 10:30am). It's not uncommon to have longer waits for food than expected. CLEANLINESS Rather clean! Aside from rough rushes, the lobby area is usually kept up with, and doesn't have flies like the other one. PARKING Compared to the other location on Porter, it's parking is slightly worse. It has only four curbsides slots and a singular DoorDasher spot. It does have multiple entrances, though, and is highly accessible. NOTES This location has a PlayPlace, and it's counterpart does not. If you order pickup or table, there's no longer a drink fountain in the lobby, and they instead bring them out to you.
