  We order our food got it and was missing half the order went in asked for the rest they made us go get the bag they looked through it and put the rest in after calling us liars and still didn't get everything writer and when we called them about it and asked for a manager the woman hung the phone up this toco bell needs a better night shift

  Ordered a simple order, 2 7 dollar boxes and 2 grilled cheese burritos with nacho fries. Only a few people in the lobby and about 5 cars in the dive thru when we ordered. The man behind us ordered almost the same order as us and received his long before we did. We waited 51 minutes for our food. There was 4 workers and all they could say was we don't know when your food will be done. Should have atleast gotten a free drink it was ridiculous the wait.

  When the munchies kick in, I'm stoked that taco bell is open. Almost always. Why they don't serve breakfast is a mystery. So is whatever they use as meat. But it's something to put in my mouth. I'm never going back to prison. This time, I mean it.

  This isn't the first time this place has disappointed but honestly I think this was the last time we will let it happen.. Food took forever to come out (2 value boxes) even though there was only 2 other groups of 2 there. When the food finally came out it was cold, both burritos were done wrong, my "supreme" taco had a big glob of sour cream at the back corner, my chalupa was so difficult to bite through I gave up, and every single item was practically all lettuce.. On top of all of this, the kitchen staff was playing around, talking bad, making faces and throwing hands up in a taunting/heckling manner. The only good thing I have to say is the very sweet lady that took our order was fast and courteous, and continued to put her best self into the place, if more people were like her we wouldn't have to leave these reviews. Take your money, go grocery shopping, and make your own food. The convenience is not worth the bad quality and disappointing visit.
