We pulled up, no one in other lane, “Will you be using the app?” “No.” “Hold on.” Car pulls into other lane same routine, but they get to order. We wait to place order. Another car pulls into other lane again, they get to order. I lay on horn about 3 seconds. “Have you been helped?” “No, and you have let 2 other cars go ahead of us.” We place order., pay, no apology whatsoever. We get to pick up wi diw and there is no one there. All we git was 1 iced coffee . Woman finally hands it out if the window and quickly shuts it. No thank you come again, nothing. Probably the single worst drive thru experience I have had in over 40 years. Recommend avoiding this store!
