  Terrible drive thru service. We pulled up, no one in other lane, “Will you be using the app?” “No.” “Hold on.” Car pulls into other lane same routine, but they get to order. We wait to place order. Another car pulls into other lane again, they get to order. I lay on horn about 3 seconds. “Have you been helped?” “No, and you have let 2 other cars go ahead of us.” We place order., pay, no apology whatsoever. We get to pick up wi diw and there is no one there. All we git was 1 iced coffee . Woman finally hands it out if the window and quickly shuts it. No thank you come again, nothing. Probably the single worst drive thru experience I have had in over 40 years. Recommend avoiding this store!

  bathroom always nasty was something on the toilet too but didn't think that needed to be posted..

  It was dirty, took to long to get our food it was cold. People standing around not waiting on customers at the counter. And trash and food on the floor it plain sight from the front counter. Needs better management at night

  My window person was the absolute sweetest! I don’t know her name, but she has dark red or purple hair and braces i think. she offered to help us out with our change.
