  On 4/8/2026 at 11:10 I placed an order for Frosties and when my husband went to get it the employees stated they could not make it because they were cleaning the machine. When he stated they should not start cleaning the machine until they close they slammed the window shut in his face. Horrible customer service from whoever was working during this time.

  Order except for one sandwich was completely wrong. Not the usual experience but what we got even though it wasn't what we ordered was tasty.

  unbelievable, went here yesterday and they forgot half my order i called and asked for a refund and they said i had to physically be there to get a refund, went there the next morning and explained my situation i spoke to a female manager that was extremely rude and gave me lots of attitude. unreal

  We frequent this Wendy's often. We have a larger family. And almost every time we go thru the drive thru something is messed up. If we go in and do a to go order, it's fine. Tonight (02-12‐26) I went thru the drive thru, it was a small simple order. Son of a Baconator meal, baconator fries and large vanilla frosty. The kid taking my order cut me off twice saying... "so you dont want the meal?" Got to the window and the teenager there was extremely rude. I handed him my card, he gave me my frosty. He about threw my bag of food at and my card. He got annoyed and rolled his eyes when I asked for a straw. Then shoved it toward me like I was inconveniencing him. My burger- was put together like one you'd get from McDonald's, half the toppings off the burger to only one side. My fries- those toppings were all in one pile on the one side, not spread across like they are supposed to be. I think you need to retrain these kids on what customer service is. We only continue to go there bc the kids ask for it.
