    Not the worst I've been to. Customer service is okay sometimes. However, using old, stale tortillas and almost charging me for the wrong food, not so great.

    This Taco Bell SUCKS! Over 10 years living in Wentzville and they have only gotten our chips and cheese right maybe three times over the many times we have gone. Love that. They also never put sauce in. Why ask if I need sauce if you’re not gonna put it in? It’s pointless. All around this location is not good. They don’t care.

    Worst Taco Bell! Every time I have ordered from this location they get the food wrong and it have taken over 20 minutes. The dining area is disgusting!

    Drive-through staff was extremely rude. Ordered burritos and paid extra for sour cream. No sour cream was added, and one burrito was put together so badly, couldn’t eat it without making a huge mess. Will never return.

    Okay I have to say the only time to come here and get quality food is during day time. The night shift is constantly changing and it's usually a bunch of clowns working who can't make your order right or you get cold food. Secondly I want to know what the hell was in my Diablo chicken fries? Is Taco Bell so shady they throw what looks like a chickens beak into the shredded chicken mix? I will never order anything that has shredded chicken again from any taco bell. Take a look at these pics. It literally looks like a bone or a beak from a chicken. I damn near snapped my tooth on this
