Took daughter, son-in-law, and 2 granddaughters for Christmas and had a GREAT TIME...ENJOYED the food and our time together.... Upon arriving for an older teen birthday party, we realized the line to pay and enter was out the door. We already had RSVP’d that we would be at this birthday party or else we would have left! (We should have anyway.) Stood in line to pay for 10 minutes and upon turning the corner to where food was, all the customers were standing just waiting for pizzas to be put out as there were literally none. There was no seating open (luckily we were part of a party.) We made our way up to the buffet. Still no pizza but zero, not exaggerating, zero chicken. No chicken strips and no fried chicken either. No corn. NO SALAD. People literally standing with plates waiting for food. Come to find out, they were short staffed (which sucks!) but why continue to filter in tons of customers if you can’t keep up with the ones who already paid! Honestly terrible experience! Never ever going back to this location again. The price is $18 a person, which is pricey considering we had 4 people! NOT WORTH THE PRICE AT ALL. I’m sure on a normal Tuesday afternoon it’s fine, but avoid an Friday evening like the plague!

My only issue was that because it was so cold outside it was a little chilly inside and the food got cold quickl. Will definitely be going again.
