  Food was great, workers were kind, the seating area was kinda dirty, however they were extremely busy, overall the food and staff were a 5/5, but cleanliness, 3/5.

  I ordered online in the evening, so not during rush hour when they would be busy. Opened my bowl when I got home to find it's half-empty. Paying almost $20 for a half-empty bowl is ridiculous. If you have to go inside to get a bowl with a decent amount of food, what’s the point of a drive-through?

  I went to the Chipotle in Wentzville yesterday, and from the moment I walked in it was obvious the place was not clean. There was food and paper all over the floor. The trash bin was overflowing, with food and trash piled up where the trays go. The serving line wasn’t any better; counters clearly hadn’t been wiped down and there were food particles everywhere. Against my better judgment, I still ordered food. Big mistake. Not long after, both my son and I started feeling queasy and ended up with diarrhea. That alone tells me the sanitation standards here are seriously lacking. The staff appeared young, careless, and more interested in collecting a paycheck than maintaining basic cleanliness or caring about customers’ health. This place is a mess and feels unsafe to eat at. I won’t be returning, and I strongly recommend others stay away. Avoid this Chipotle at all costs!

  Love foods and people here, the Best Chipotle location, given most portions as we requested. Fresh and good foods 😋
