    Stopped here for dinner last minute. Food was great, and the service was excellent. The young man behind the counter was very helpful and attentive.

    I tried the new steak nuggets. They are good but they come pre-packaged with no quality control. There's supposed to be 5 in a cup. I got 4 and a little scrap end. The employee said that's how it came and they have no control over it. Not a good look.

    Pulled up to the drive up window this morning and a female employee was making changes to the menu. She said hi and went back to the sign. We then get an automated message that says they are closed. The lady then turns and says we don't open until 9:30. I informed her it was past 9:30 and she replied oh, I guess I am running behind and went back to the sign and offered no apology. Pretty sad that you can't even get the place open on time. Didn't have time to wait so I left with out placing an order.

    Excellent service which is the best part of this Arby's location. Nothing wrong with food was as to expected from Arby's. But the service was on point.

    We ordered and the lady repeated it. Sounded right to me. As they were bagging it up, I noticed the receipt was not right. My husband told the lady that we wanted loaded fries, instead of just a regular fry. She says,"I repeated it" We just said, "miscommunication, no biggie" we also said that we will pay the difference. After that, she just had an attitude and acted like we were inconveniencing her. We got our food, she didn't charge us and all was good. I just could have done without the attitude.
