I was traveling in my company van which does not clear ANY drive thru so I have to exit my vehicle at all restaurants/coffee shops. I stood there a good while, never being greeted however constantly being looked at. Needless to say, I left without coffee and highly disappointed.

It is extremely frustrating though when my coffee is walked out to Lane one, but before handing it to me, the worker stands and talks to her friends at a different car for a good couple minutes while holding my coffee. I worked in the service industry and always learned customers first. I still smiled and said thank you but hoping this helps because I know there are some people out there that wouldn’t be nice about it. I love seven brew!

I told her they should turn the music down.And maybe they could hear, and she just laughed at me. Playing music is one thing, but blasting rap music. With inappropriate language is another I will not return to this location. I actually have a video.
