  I frequent 7 Brew nearly everyday, sometimes the Cottleville location and sometimes the Wentzville location. Now, before I say all of this, I do want to acknowledge that I know they are constantly busy, and sometimes it’s hard to have a good attitude when you’re getting your ass kicked by work. However, The Wentzville location HAS to be the worst location I’ve ever experienced. The 2 women I experienced today in the line, one taking orders and the other expo, were so rude. No smile, no good afternoon, no have a good day, nothing. It was crazy how miserable and rude these employees were. And this is just one example! I experience this when I do come to this specific 7B location nearly every time. This just happened to be the worst interaction.

  I went to 7 Brew in Wentzville at 9:15 last night (2/24/26) There were two young people working. There was a car at the window and me. The employees looked back and said "It's just one car". One employee was propped on the side of the car at the window(under the awning) and the other was propped on the blue shelf where the straws normally are. The only "beverage" i saw the other car get was one of the employees filled a Stanley cup and handed to them. No one came to take my order until another car pulled in behind me. The lead car didn't move until my drink was ready. Normally service is fast and I feel like a valued customer. Last night made me seriously not want to go back to this location.

  I rarely ever get my points when purchasing from this location. My drink is almost always wrong. And the workers never seem to have much enthusiasm about being there. I understand sometimes we all have off days but everytime i’ve tried to give this location another try somethings always wrong. I’ve gotten whole milk when I’ve asked for almond or oat milk numerous times (i’m lactose intolerant). While it just ends with a run to the bathroom for me there’s others it could be much more serious for, which is why confirming the order is so so important, which they almost never do.

  I normally don’t have issues at 7 brew but today I waited so long for a smoothie. I attached a photo of what I received. It is only partially blended and is 50% ice chunks, which you can see in the photo. I couldn’t use a straw to drink it because the ice chunks were too big. Such a bummer and huge waste of money. That being said, normally I don’t have issues
