  This place is so bad it's almost impressive. I have given the location a chance 4 times now this past year, and each time was completely let down. Its nice that they keep sending me "sorry, we know we suck here's a free pizza" offers, but I could careless even if my entire order was free, I'm done. The biggest issue has been complete BS delivery estimates. Each time I was told 20-30min, each time my pizza went into "checking quality" at that time. To make it worse each time it did that, it was being checked for quality for 30-45min before leaving the store. When I finally got the pizza's, they were cold (not shocking). And last night the pan crust wasn't even cooked, to the extent that I could stretch the dough out. Seriously? Whoever they have checking "quality" needs fired. Honestly this place needs shut down, just like Jack In The Box as we deserve better. What a blight on our city.

  I have had issues with timeliness multiple times at this location. I just ordered two pizzas. Got there 50 mins for pickup and they had still not prepared my order but said they would put it in right away and it’d be ready in 10 mins. 10 mins later they still hadn’t started my order and didn’t really seem to care. Do not give them your business!

  Every time I place the order, they make me wait for minimum 40-60mins. It’s crazy wait for pizza, I can literally drive elsewhere and get it sooner! Never coming back again…

  OMG! We placed the order online at 5:15. It said the pizza would be ready at 5:29 - 5:39. Went to pick up window at 5:30 . They said it would be a half hour before it was ready. So had to waste a half hour of time. Went to drive thru at 6:12 had to wait a half hour for the 3 cars in front of me. Then I get to the window and people keep walking by. They even made eye contact and would not come to the window! I sat ther at least 15 minutes. Called by phone into building phone just kept ringing finally the delivery guy just walked in and answered the phone. He was very helpful. He went and got the order and gave it to me. So order pizza from Dominoes if you have at least an hour and a half before you want it!
