Apparently their map you can track your delivery with isn’t “live” The stickers on the bags ensuring no one is getting in your bags are “always torn with most of their deliveries” Their food isn’t going to be “fresh” with a delivery and that explains why my food is cold And lastly the estimate it gives you when you place your order is “just an estimate” mind you my order took over an hour and it was almost 20 mins outside of the window it said it would be delivered. He was extremely rude and unhelpful and told me he wouldn’t be giving $85 of free food away……. I would encourage you to go to the Lake Saint Louis Chick-fil-A for better food and better service.

Both orders were missing items, the kids meals didn’t have toys and didn’t include their sauces despite selecting everything when ordering. Slowly becoming a “toss up” restaurant - maybe you’ll get everything you paid for, maybe you won’t.
