Employees are rude and tempormental. Will cheat you and charge you more for your food than it should cost. Somehow paid $11+ for the spicy Italian meal when the sandwich by itself is $5. Seen employees yell at customers and regularly hear them talk bad about customers. Won't be going back.

Sam the manager is what makes this store so great! I love Sam! Nice guy, but he doesnt deal with teeny boppers on their phone and he hates Snapchat. If you're too engrossed in your phone he moves to the next customer. Can you blame him? He also makes great cookies! GO SAM!

I visited on 7/14/17 with a group of friends. I had not ordered but some of my friends were pretty much at the end of the line and paying for their meal. The manager, (Sam) who only has one tooth, was working the bread and meat station. I started humming very quietly, to myself, and Sam yelled at me, "Stop singing, I can't hear what the girls are ordering, as the other women working were taking my friends' orders. I had misheard him, as he speaks very weirdly with only one tooth, and asked for clarification multiple times. I understood him, finally, and I said, "Oh, I'll stop humming now." My friend was laughing beside me so Sam said, "Oh, do you have a comment to make now? You're friend's laughing, I'm waiting for your comment." He said this all very abrupt and very loud while he was 3 feet away from me: on the other side of the counter. I didn't respond at all so that he wouldn't mistake anything I said for backtalk or a smarta** comment. The man behind me heard all of this and stepped in saying, "Why do you have to be so rude to these kids? You're being so rude and abrupt and yelling at these kids." Sam responded with, "You can leave. I don't have to make you a sandwich." Horrible, horrible experience. Sam should be terminated from his job immediately, as this is not the first time something like this has happened.
