I have worked as a bartender, so I understand the service industry and how frustrating the general public can be. With that being said, I was tired and made some clarifications about what I had ordered as she was slicing my bagels. I apologized for offending her for my clarification of my order. She then said snapped at me and was quite aggressive. I felt very sad about how mean she was to me.

That said, it really bothers me that Panera is making employees come in and drive during hazardous weather conditions. I appreciate the staff so much, but I hate that they’re being put at risk just so the store can stay open.
