  I was struggling to get my car to work on the online discount. So I went in and asked if they would be able to apply the discount in store.Because the online wasn't working.And the lady in the store was incredibly rude. Just kept cutting me off and not letting me finish what i'm trying to say.Even though I was being completely nice. I figured it out. I just had to use the browser instead of the app.I guess cause the app wasn't working. But the lady was just very dismissive, and acted like I was bothering her. The gentleman in the store was nice. I'm glad he was the one that ended up making my sandwich because I didn't want any of her negative attitude touching my sandwich. I get it's the end of the night after a long day. But I'm also getting off for work after a long day. And someone being rude to me just for a simple question that could have just been, i'm sorry, no, it was very uncalled for. She has long black hair.I didn't catch her name. I used to like going to the subway but after that, I probably won't ever go there again.

  They were thoughtful and double checked with us on how we wanted our order even though it was bizarre. As for the order everything was great and we left happy.

  Very impressed with the employees at this location! Always friendly and helpful with whatever I need. Darek is the best!
