  I ask for a MEDIUM strawberry banana smoothie and they gave me a SMALL SPRITE😠 at lest the food was half decent

  4/9/2026- I pull through the drive through to grab a bagel and a soda! First I am greeted by the automated woman asking about the app. Then the employee comes on and says what can I get you? Not welcome to McDonalds how can I help you? But what can I get you? I make my request for my bagel and cream cheese and my soda. She comes on again and says I can get you the bagel but we don’t carry cream cheese. I said ok. She then states What else? I said that’s it she says my total and tells me 2nd window. After a few minutes wait not long at all I get to the window. The girl answering the drive through appears to be a shift manager. The girl working the window opens the window says my total. That’s it! Not a hello not a good morning just the total to what I owe. As someone who works in Customer Service this is not the correct way to treat your customers!!!! I have also spent 10 of my working years working for McDonalds! This service is absolutely not their franchise standards! You are treating the customers as if they are a burden to you rather than they are the ones keeping your store open!!!! Do better McDonalds!!!!

  This is supposed to be an update to North Kansas McDonald's. The place is cold They did not tell us they were out of ketchup until we started eating. The meals came out without sauces and fries were cold, even though we had to wait over 10 minutes. It took 10 minutes to get the staff to get us our ketchup and sauces.
