They are for some reason so busy in the back the service in the lobby is poor. The term "fast food" is a misleading here. The service is not fast it is terribly slow. The trash cans were packed full of trash, the lobby not clean and why in the heck do they not have a soda dispenser available for dine in customers? Especially when you walk up to the counter and there is not a worker available to help you. We can go to a nice dine in restaurant and get better food, faster, and better service. And a better value. I would stake claim that the McDonald's is one of the worst places to eat in Chanute Kansas.

Bread hard as a rock. Food very cold. And all I got was we will try to do better. This McDonald’s need some new management for sure. Employees were talking about heroin at the window as well. Very very unhappy and will never be back.
