    Ordered carryout since they won't deliver to me. I got home and realized they forgot the 3 maranara cups I ordered. It's only $2 and I am sure if I came back they would give them to me but the 40 minute round trip drive isn't worth it for me. I probably won't be back.

    Never had a problem ordering dominos in Northern Heights/shalom Mountain until they opened up this location. Now that they have 2 locations 10 minutes apart from one another we can no longer get service here? Great call management

    We live on shalom mountain, and have had our food delivered up here multiple times. Ever since the new dominoes opened in waynesville now neither locations will deliver up here. Absolutely ridiculous. Way to lose out on alot of business you use to have up here on the hill.

    Placed an order for carry-out and arrived at the scheduled pickup time. I waited in the designated pickup lane, but no one came out to assist. I eventually parked and went inside, where I provided my name for the order. I was then told it would be another 10–15 minutes past the original pickup time. For a newly opened store, I expected a more organized process. Unfortunately, there was a significant delay with the order and no service at the pickup window.

    For being opened 3 days and orders coming in and over lapping one another. Its to be said that time would be longer. I waited a extra 30 mins for my order. But those staff were working their tails off not ever stopping all while still greeting people at the door. Owner/main manager was very informative on telling and explaining what was happening. For this area there are people glad to have a delivery place for them ,that may not been able to get delivery before. I got a free drink for waiting extra time which was unnecessary. Good job team it will get better and calm down. Can't please them all. Fantastic costumer service.
