    I guess the lady is a manager there long gray hair. Deep voice. but she has been nothing but rude to me before and today she was really rude to me over parking after being told while dashing that I could park there by other store employees in the past. She comes out and skolds me like I'm a child for parking in front. when I explained to her that I would not park there ever again she says that she's told me before and then I'm still parking here. when I told her that I had never been told that before .she asked me if I promised!?. I don't owe you a promise lady, you're not my mother nor am I a child . I guess she talks to employees that way but I don't work there . I'm not here child and I don't owe u a promise. . I'll just simply never park there again. The door dashes suck from here any ways. So I'll call and just block orders from there . And I'm sure u probably have told my brother that before. But don't talk to people like ur better than them or like it some sort of authority figure. Like me ur just a human nothing more and nothing special. . Besides her she has some really great employees that she should be very proud of because they know how to treat people and talk to people I feel very sorry for them if that's how she talks to them and I'm sure she has I've heard it as a customer before

    I go to Panera bread quite a bit all over Missouri and this location is by far the worst ran. On January 12 I came the drive-through on the way to the doctors office and ordered $42.09 of food on my way to the doctors office. I realized there was no chicken on my Mediterranean salad and my coffee was straight water in a cup transparent, I had to pour the entire cup out, which really sucked. I then called the location and waited for a slow time for them to pick up. Management finally picked up and wanted me to drive an hour back to fix my order which isn’t even worth the fuel in my truck and instead, they took my home address down and name and said they were gonna send me vouchers and all kinds of stuff not too sure what they meant anyways fast forward to today. Nothing ever showed up to my house and I walked in on my way through to pick up lunch and I brought it to the Manager‘s attention this time instead of a mail. It was a female named Sara and she was nothing but rude the entire time telling me I waited two months to bring this to their attention when it was actually six weeks and I have been waiting for the voucher but still being a Panera customer and after being belittled at the counter and told I shouldn’t have wait Two months to bring this to their attention and she couldn’t locate the transaction and yada yada yada, even though I could show her it on my Wells Fargo card and corporate could find it just fine. Even everything I ordered. She gave me nothing but attitude the entire time to the point where I will never go back to this location and I ended up having lunch elsewhere and I highly recommend corporate. Do an investigation on this as this should not be the customer‘s problem. She did nothing but kept raising her voice at me and there was zero professionalism. From my experience as a CEO, this individual is not fit to be a manager.

    There was a Worker giving out free samples to everybody to every table, but when she looked at me, She looked at me up and down and then walked away And then she gave the free samples to other people. I am deeply disappointed

    As much as it costs for a bagel and cream cheese, we shouldn’t have to worry if you put everything in the bag. Especially when you are unable to come back to pick something up. Disappointed.
