    Absolutely despicable service by manger Chris. Horrible service on his part. Will never come back. If they don’t want us ordering with AI don’t defend AI horrible horrible will never be back and Chris should be fired. Disgusting. Also don’t charge sit down prices for drive thru food. Terrible.

    Workers messed up every order when we were here tonight. They gave me a pick up order and gave my order to someone else in the drive thru, then the people in front of me AND behind me got the wrong items, I'm so t think their employees can read the orders.. Also, The hamburger taisted like they boiled it in dirty water it was gross. The table we sat at was sticky. Very disappointed 😞

    First & last time visiting this Wendy’s. Service was good, but the food was awful. The burgers were very dry & the fries were overly salty & barely warm. The chili was okay, but not as good as I remember Wendy’s chili to be. The interior is very sterile & unwelcoming & the toilet wasn’t working properly. We were not impressed. (& they don’t even participate in the Blues partnership, giving free Frostys after a Blues win!)

    Bathrooms were atrocious, condiment area needed cleaning, manager took burger from customer and added missing items instead of discarding burger and making a new one. Pretty sure the manager committed a health code violation. So sad for a restaurant that's only been open for 3 werks.

    We all know this Wendy's is BRAND NEW. However, there is no excuse for bad service and food. I ordered through the app, went inside to pick up. The area that says mobile pickup was full of stuff (not food) like they were not even using it. So I went over to the pickup counter. After about 10 minutes of standing there, finally an employee said "is there something I can help you with" I said yes, I have a mobile order. Her response was "Oh we just got it" which i know was not true because I was standing right in front of the printed receipt no one was checking. Finally got our food about 45 minutes later. Everything was cold 🥶 How is that even possible for a very busy restaurant? Everything should be hot, not tasting like it's been sitting there all day! My frosty was so runny I drank it with a straw. There was 1 employee who was working her butt off while the others were just standing around doing nothing. She had to keep telling the girl at the counter what to do. I watched the girl at the counter bag some food and she spilled the fried on the counter and she picked them up bare handed and threw them in the bag. It's extremely sad that this is the impression they are making on the community. I hope and pray it gets better but I personally don't plan on returning.
