    I ordered using the mobile app. I’ve worked in the food industry and hate complaining but this was all around terrible/rude service and mediocre food. When we pulled up in the drive thru, we were told we would need to wait so they could catch up on orders. After almost 10 minutes waiting in the drive thru, we asked if they were still there. The lady respond “We are still catching up, sorry.” When we finally got up to the window, I asked if i could add the signature sauce to my order. The cashier leaned in and said “Nope” and shut the window. I would have been willing to pay for the sauce but I wasn’t given the option. Another 6 minutes later I received my food and everything was lukewarm. I had already prepaid for my food or I would have left. I get that maybe they were busy but that is no excuse for the poor service and waiting that long I’d hope for hot food.

    Go literally anywhere else. Nobody wants to take your order when they are open and this is the most poorly run wendys I have ever been to.

    We had a little technical issue with our app after placing our order and paying for it. Stefanie was super helpful at the drive through and helped fixed our issue quickly. Our food was warm and came out quickly!

    My friend and I both ordered online for dine-in, but when it wouldn't work and it was clearly open on the inside, we went to figure it out. The staff ignored us for several minutes, and when we were acknowledged, we were just asked one question and then ignored again. It took 15 minutes for us to even tell the staff what our problem was. After that, I watched our food get handled without proper food safety. Both our meals were handled without gloves before being handed to us, and the kitchen staff wore improper clothing to preparing food, long sleeved shirts that touched the gloves, hoodies with strings hanging too close to the food, and whatever else I couldn't see. I would not recommend eating here until they have better management.

    I was excited at first when they came here and opened but then I went after they were open for a few weeks. The food was subpar at best. The seating was uncomfortable. I had a question about my receipt and talk to 2 people which one said she’d worked for Wendy’s for 20 yrs and I was wrong. She was rude and did not care what I had asked. I cannot believe how I was treated. She does not need to be working with the public. My husband said his food was cold. Not going to this Wendy’s ever. The one in Warrenton is 100% better.
