Stephanie served us our food in drive thru tonight and the order was made fresh and was everything we ordered. Stephanie (who we know from BK) is always awesome. There are bad reviews for this location but I have yet to have a bad experience here. People like Stephanie makes going to these places well worth it.

When they first open they were slow. Even 10-12 weeks after opening the new store they were slow.
Then they hired Stephanie and service is now lightning fast. People frown on fast food and I get that but if I am going to have it; I’m going to choose Wendy’s over McDonald’s.
At Wendy’s your food is going to be hot 90%+ of the time. At the other fast food places; it’s always cold.

Order the baconator fries.\n All I got was French fries with cheese sauce and strips of bacon. What happened to the bacon being crumbled into the cheese tried to call Wendy's. In Washington Missouri, but they don't have a phone number. Apparently ordered also a baked potato with bacon and got strips of bacon instead of crumbled bacon ordered this item. Many times before. Never have I had strips of bacon. Are they too lazy to crumble? The bacon up and make it as the menu advertise again. No local phone number to call to complain.

I just want to say we just got food here and we got three meals with one large french fry and a chili fry and a cheese fry and with that being said also 3 large drinks too! And they said that we ordered two medium french fries with our meals When I literally asked for the second order to be chili cheese fries, they didn’t wanna give it to us and for the first meal was supposed to be a large fry and then after that with the third meal, which was my meal, they wanted to give me a medium drink so this girl talk to her manager and the manager was like “Uh that’s not what they ordered” and I can literally read her lips and the girl that was in the drive-through that took the payment and everything she’s like “Oh I cannot give you those large french fries or the chili cheese fry” and I was like well, at least could you give me my large drink that I asked for “yeah I guess I can do that” what wym I just want what I paid for and are burgers were made very, very sloppy and I literally asked for no onions on my burger and guess what they put onions on my burger🤣 VERY, VERY, I MEAN VERY rude and poor experience that I have ever experienced anywhere and this was my first time trying this place. I’ve literally worked in fast food and never been this rude to a customer before I would sat there and help them and got what they wanted. And I think that’s what managers should look into as a team member. We are literally never coming here again!

We came in therebecause my wife got a gift card from work. We tried placing our order at the counter but the girl said we had to use the kiosk. We placed our order. The kiosk does not give you a receipt. I walked to the counter to wait. People were complaining about the wait, their lack of food, they got wrong food. People were coming in from the drive thru asking for the right order or their complete order. We waited for 20 minutes until they called our number. I walked up and the girl said they didn't have lettuce to make my wife's salad and asked what I wanted to do. I said I wanted my money back. She said for the salad I said no all of it give me all my money back. The lobby is weird there is hardly any seating but a lot of open space. I will not come back. The sad thing is my Wife still has some money on her gift card. They gave us our money back and we went to St. Louis Bread Co.
