    That older lady working sundays around 6pm is ignorant as all hell.. all attitude for no reason.. if yall didn't want to use customer service with third party drivers why use us? We shouldn't have to deal with that type of behavior in a workspace.. technically we're coworkers for that period and i feel discrimination and hatred from that womans attitude and smart remarks.

    Put in an order and they were closed an hour early. The servers were very rude and locked the door on us. So got screwed out of my money and pizza. Never coming back again

    I am a DoorDash driver, and I showed up at 10:40pm for an order a customer made. The kid working said “we cancelled that. We are closing in 20 minutes.” Im very upset not only for driving all the way to pick the order up, but also because this customer isn’t getting their food, even though they ordered in ample time before the restaurant actually closes. Management needs to do something about this, because it is unacceptable. I’m actually appalled. I have a ton of restaurant experience, and would never do that to a customer. Papa John’s isn’t even good pizza anyway. Honestly now that I think of it, probably did the customer a favor.

    Called at 11:15pm for pick up on 7-19-14 (they close at 12) someone answers phone "hello this is papa johns we are closed". I reply "ok all I needed to know" I guess they didn't want to work anymore. Last time i'll ever try.
