I asked about our cups, and the lady behind the counter just kept repeating that you get your cup with your order when you use the kiosk. I didn't want to use the kiosk but was forced to because no one would wait on us. She was rude about it. By the way the restaurant was not busy at all. 12/13/25 @ 12:47. Seemed very rude to treat customers like that. She could have said "oh I can get your cups, but remember next time you order at the kiosk your cups come with food." Felt very ignored and dismissed!
