- AWAngela WeberDec 6, 20251.0I went through the drive thru this morning. I noticed only one truck in the parking lot as it was not busy at all. The drive thru person asked me to wait to order so I sat there for around three-five minutes till I asked have you forgotten about me. I also had one person waiting in line behind me. I start to order finally and the drive thru guy tells me Im going too fast. So I pull up to pay and no one is at the window so I pull up to the next window where the same guy who obviously had some sort of handi cap tells me I must drive backwards to the first window to pay. As I am doing that I seen the people waiting behind me leave without ordering. I finally pay and pull to the first window where I wait another 2-3 minutes for my food. The guy just shoved the bag at me and says nothing. I checked my food. The breakfast sandwiches were both cold and they gave me no syrup for my French toast sticks for my little one. I took it home reheated it and had to put syrup in a container for my child to eat her French toast sticks. Horrible experience at this location in Washington Mo.
