    Why is the music in this restaurant SO BAD?! Also, these guys clearly work hard but every time I come in the soda machine is un-stocked and the store is messy. Maybe support your employees better… shouldn’t be that hard to keep soda in stock. Had no Dr Pepper, nor any flavors of Coke this time.

    Ordered breakfast and lunch around 10:15 a.m. had to wait for tater tots to be finished. Was told to pull around. All food was cold fries were hard as a rock. Sandwiches were lukewarm. The tots were not hot what we were told weren't done. I dont mind waiting but the food should be worth waiting for. Saw about 10 cars order and leave at jack n the box across the way!!! Shout out to Jack in the box for operations looks like they got it down!

    Stopped in today and I dont normally eat at Bk , no ice in the soda machine , no bacon on my whoppe which i oaid for , pineapple slushie machine was in defrost at 330pm?, saw your manager pencil whipping the safety check book(line check) , no pennies to give customers change back which means they are giving free money to bk...

    I went through the drive thru this morning. I noticed only one truck in the parking lot as it was not busy at all. The drive thru person asked me to wait to order so I sat there for around three-five minutes till I asked have you forgotten about me. I also had one person waiting in line behind me. I start to order finally and the drive thru guy tells me Im going too fast. So I pull up to pay and no one is at the window so I pull up to the next window where the same guy who obviously had some sort of handi cap tells me I must drive backwards to the first window to pay. As I am doing that I seen the people waiting behind me leave without ordering. I finally pay and pull to the first window where I wait another 2-3 minutes for my food. The guy just shoved the bag at me and says nothing. I checked my food. The breakfast sandwiches were both cold and they gave me no syrup for my French toast sticks for my little one. I took it home reheated it and had to put syrup in a container for my child to eat her French toast sticks. Horrible experience at this location in Washington Mo.
