  They're always very sweet and helpful, donuts are mid fr I would rather go to the donut palace but still good coffee , clean environment and great customer service

  I came here with a couple of friends this morning and got a iced latte and a sausage, egg, cheese crescent. The first latte I got tasted more like milk than coffee to me and I asked the ladies if they could remake it and they did without hesitation went ahead and remade it. The crescent was delicious!! Thanks Dunkin ladies!

  Food was alright. But the service was immaculate, this pretty cool lady gave me a coloring sheet. Was the absolute highlight of my day.

  The lady who is working the drive through window at this very moment has one of the worst customer service attitudes I’ve ever seen. Legitimately every time I’m there and she is at the window, it feels like just doing her job is a huge burden. Always attitude, always short, always disrespectful and if you mention the inconvenience, you get an obvious lie as an excuse. Maybe she forgot that the windows made of glass and I could see her sitting there chatting with her coworker while both my drinks sat for almost ten minutes on the shelf. And whatever happened to “Welcome to ‘Example’, what can I get for you?”? At Dunkin’s, I only get “Welcome to Dunkin’s” and then silence. If that’s how your corporate is training people, I’d rethink that. There are a couple young ladies that work there that seem to be very good at their jobs and are always smiling and pleasant but whomever works the window today, is an unpleasant and rude individual who really needs to think about a new line of work. The one saving grace of this place is that the coffee is pretty much always good, and I haven’t had many times where I’ve actually disliked the coffee. Food could be better, the hash browns are always either cold and soggy, or just soggy in general. They’re never crispy. The sandwiches are not quite as good as other places but they’re not bad for when you want coffee and something to eat. This place would have a 4.5-5 star easy if the service was better.
