  I live 2 minutes away from this location and went to this location for the first time last week. I pulled in and the person who took my order went to a car that showed up 2 minutes after me first to take an order, annoying but it happens. I ordered (2) large chocolate milkshakes and let me tell you that it is criminal that they are referring to these as "milkshakes" on the menu. It was absolutely horrible. They must use some sort of chocolate powder combined with ice and water to make these. Tastes like cold chocolate water. QuickTrip has a similar drink and it costs about $1.49 and I paid $8-9 per shake at 7 brewing. I don't know what you should call these but it absolutely is not a milkshake in any shape or form. The only thing related to a milkshake in it is the whipped cream on top, thats it.

  holy bro theyre slow oh my goooooooodddddddd. every other 7brew takes all the orders and have the drinks when you get up to the register, but this one takes one order at a time and only makes ONE ORDER??? theyre so slow i cannot. please 7brew. please.

  Went on swag day at like 6 pm and was told I couldn’t get my sugar free light iced redbull because it was a policy in St. Louis county that they couldn’t do Red Bulls in cups and I could only get a can to buy. I said every other location does them so that’s a lie. She said well that’s the policy. Went to another St. Louis county location the following week and was told that was an absolute lie and they don’t have that policy and it was probably due to the employee being lazy and not wanting to put it in the system when ordering. Absolutely ridiculous. The other employees seemed super rude as well and seemed more interested in rushing us out of the drive thru than actually wanting to get our business. Don’t recommend this location at all. The employees at the Ellisville location are so nice and friendly and so is the Florissant location and all of the st Charles locations. Definitely will drive past this location to the Ellisville one. They at least know what the policies are.
