The first time I was missing some items from my order and just decided to let it go, but this time I asked for a simple chicken quesadilla combo and got this (in the picture) instead. I did at least get my Baja blast. Didn't realize until I was halfway home, but why do I need to double check such a simple order? I know mistakes happen, but this is the second time. It's not even just this franchise. So many restaurants now, fast food or otherwise, have no pride in their work or their quality of product. It's disappointing that prices everywhere have increased so much and yet this is what we get.
