I honestly hate how horrible the drinks are over half the time I order a strawberry limeade extra strawberry and don’t even get a full scoop of strawberry all I get is limeade like over baring limeade what’s the point of paying the extra like 50 cents if it’s not even added I watched the girl make it threw the drive through window today and still not even a full scoop I get they are teenagers but if I’m paying for more stuff I feel like I should receive what I’m paying for.. then there’s the food I don’t even order any food any more bc of how just bad it is I hate how a few years ago it was amazing service and just all around amazing but it just went to trash u barely “get what u pay for” considering is so expensive now days..

Good, clean place with great service... But wow the food is subpar. A smash burger shouldn't look like it was boiled, and take a little time with the toppings. For what you charge the tomatoes shouldn't be gross and all of the toppings slid off into the box. Onion rings were great, grill food was blah like it had all been boiled rather than hot flattop.
Haven't eaten at a Sonic for about 5 years (used to love your food), prolly another 5 before I try again. But again, great folks and great location.

I recently ordered two sausage breakfast burritos from Sonic, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. Each breakfast burrito, priced at $4.19, was severely underfilled containing only a small portion of egg, a few pieces of sausage, and a minimal amount of cheese. The majority of the tortilla was empty, resulting in an unbalanced and unsatisfying meal.
For over $8, I expect both breakfast burritos to be properly filled and reflective of the price paid. This is simply unacceptable. Sonic can and should do better when it comes to quality, consistency, and portion standards.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that future orders reflect more care and value. If your employees aren’t going to do their job correctly, I would consider hiring new ones.
