I got home to see that I was missing my burrito, so I got in my car to go back to the store to get my burrito, which I don't mind I know that mistakes happen sometimes, and I live fairly close to the location. However, what I do mind is that on the way to the store, I decided to call ahead and explain that I was missing my burrito, and the woman who answered said, "I don't believe you, 'cause I'm bagging the orders myself. Bye," and then hung up on me. I proceeded to the store and went inside. The same woman a shorter blonde woman in a blue shirt asked if she could help me. I explained that, as I said over the phone, I was missing my burrito. She said "whatever" and rang up my burrito and got it for me. I asked her name, and she said it was Marie, but I don't believe that she told me her real name. The absolutely abysmal lack of customer service at this location is the reason many people in this area don't eat there.
