  I used to love taco bell but I doubt I will go back. There is no one at counter. You have to use kiosk which I hate then the taco salad seemed half the size I used to be while costing twice the price. I do not recommend.

  Genuinely one of the worst Taco bells I have been to in my life. Their food is great when they actually read your order, but on the 75% of the time that they don't it's absolutely messed up, that is if you even get what you ordered. Multiple times I have ordered very simple items with just a simple request of no condiment that it often comes with, and for some reason it is so difficult for the rocket science team behind the counter to understand that when I say "no sauce" it means NO SAUCE. Sometimes they will also completely miss items in your bag!

  I tried to call the store and talk to somebody before coming to google reviews. However, they do not like to answer their phone. I ordered my food and waited over 20 minutes. And stupid me, I did not check all my food before I left. I made it home to realize that all of my chalupas are white, the chalupa shells weren't cooked the way that it's supposed to be. Why does this keep happening?

  Wife sends me what she wants, after waiting in line, they tell me thats an app exclusive, they cant give it to me. So I have to park, place an order online. Wait in line again, but I need churros and a cup of water, so I tell them I need to pick up my mobile order and place a 2nd order. They say the computer doesnt like 2 orders at once, so I’ll have to wait in line a third time. Waiting in line once was enough. “Fast food” my foot. I couldve sat down at a restaraunt, ordered and eaten in the 30 minutes it took to get slop from this circus, and I couldve paid less than the $31 it cost me too. 0/10 dont waste your time and money.

  My wife after work (11:00pm) picked me up a SPICY potato taco and it had no spicy sauce was just potato’s and cheese with two strands of lettuce and they won’t answer the phone called multiple times. Nightshift has yet to get a order right for me.
