  Ordered online, and used the tracker. Never said it was ready, I go in and ask and they said we dont use that. I asked when was the sandwich made, they said 45 mins ago as soon as it was placed. The sandwich was cold a d soggy, I ask them to remake or even heat up, they refused. And refused to let me speak to a manager, I called the Walmart Subway and they said oh bring the sandwich here amd we will re toast it. I said thats so unsanitary and definitely a health violation. Then blamed me for not waiting in store for the order. If you order online its probably because you dont have all day to wait in store. This service is crap and disappointing. I hope a real manager reaches out to fix this. (Also they refused to cancel my order and I didnt take the sandwich. It was left there)

  Refused to take the coupon, first said it could only be a specific menu when the coupon shows what it excludes. Then he told me they don’t participate in these coupons. I told them I live in Warrensburg and it was literally mailed to me. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU TO NOT DO THEIR JOB

  This order was made in store for take out on 12/07/24 around 5:30-6PM. • Employee did not understand my order (?) • Employee charged me full price, & I didn’t even get the full sandwich… I ordered a The Beast & asked to switch the roast beef for pepperoni.. Making the sandwich a double pepperoni & no roast beef — they first told me I cannot do this, but this is my order every time I go to (any) Subway! I’ve also made this order at this specific location before. I ended up getting charged full price with neither roast beef nor extra pepperoni. I had to explain twice to the employee that I just wanted to substitute more pepperoni for the roast beef. I don’t really know how I could’ve been more clear about this, & I hate to be “that” customer — but genuinely disappointed!! Not a fan of paying full price for something that didn’t even contain the original meat quantity.
