    This one star is because of the app. The app toggled on the linked payment method when it wasn't supposed. But I am not upset with the employees or anything like that I am mad at the app. I absolutely loved the app but not anymore

    We just went to the McDonald’s in warrensburg and all the screens were out. It took forever to place our order so we just figured we could go to the first window (we thought that was what everyone else was doing). We explained what happened to the lady and she was so rude talking about “ you people need to learn how to wait in line” , and she said we had to go all the way around to place the order. There was no proper communication and she was RUDE. It’s the lady with the dreadlocks. Never going back!

    Lets you order on the app while the restaraunt is closed. Call, talk to someone, theyre closed for maintenance. Cant refund my order though, so tough luck for me. Waiting in line at Taco Bell gives me time to type out my review though. Thanks for nothing.
