I went through the drive thru, and Was greeted by Matt. I have celiac disease, and was asking questions in regards to their menu. He, and others, were very insightful, and wasted no time to help.
I manage my own store, and the customer service blew me away here. (They even cleaned the spindle for the ice cream.... without being told) I highly recommend.

ordered a 4-piece chicken strip basket with gravy and a drink. The cashier initially attempted to ring it up incorrectly as a combo plus drink. When I caught the mistake, the staff became visibly irritated.
After that, my order was handled unsafely — an employee returned from break, did not wash his hands or wear gloves, and handed me the food through the drive-thru with the box still open in the rain. I called the store and waited over 30 minutes for a refund.
When I finally received my refund, it was handed to me inside a brown paper food bag, not directly, with no receipt or documentation. This raises questions about whether the refund was properly processed through the register or simply pulled from the safe.
At this point, I discarded the food due to hygiene concerns. I wanted to make you aware so the location can review their food-safety and cash-handling procedures.
