Everytime i go, i get the same thing, a chicken strip basket. I’ve worked in food service countless times, i know how long it should take to make. I just went today, through the drive thru, waited 30 minutes for my food. They had me park in waiting spot #1. 20 minutes passed and i hadn’t gotten my food yet. That entire 20 minutes i was watching cars arrive in the drive through and leaving shortly after, so i went in and asked them about my food, and they hadn’t even STARTED making it. It was not busy by the way. I then had to wait another 10 minutes just to get my food and i didn’t even get my ranch. They gave me two things of gravy. I hate gravy. I love dairy queen, their food is great, but i hate the time it takes and they always get at least one thing wrong, and i don’t want to go inside, because i’ve already been waiting for so long. Please do better.

He, and others, were very insightful, and wasted no time to help. I manage my own store, and the customer service blew me away here. (They even cleaned the spindle for the ice cream.... without being told) I highly recommend.
