He, and others, were very insightful, and wasted no time to help. I manage my own store, and the customer service blew me away here. (They even cleaned the spindle for the ice cream.... without being told) I highly recommend.

After that, my order was handled unsafely — an employee returned from break, did not wash his hands or wear gloves, and handed me the food through the drive-thru with the box still open in the rain. I called the store and waited over 30 minutes for a refund. When I finally received my refund, it was handed to me inside a brown paper food bag, not directly, with no receipt or documentation. This raises questions about whether the refund was properly processed through the register or simply pulled from the safe. At this point, I discarded the food due to hygiene concerns. I wanted to make you aware so the location can review their food-safety and cash-handling procedures.
